Our Customer Support - Administrative Services Group is seeking eight Customer Service Representatives in Eden Valley. These are full-time positions, with hours ranging between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed. These positions provide quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and/ emails for the following inquiries Place orders/ Check shipping/ Order research. Check account or certificate balances or account transactions. Returns/Damage/ Defective claims or lost shipments. Communicate program rules and program information to customers. Catalog Support questions. Additional product/rules clarification. Navigate customers through basic website technical support. Work with suppliers. Problem resolution through online research. Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs. Contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail or chat. Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and management. High accountability for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months customer service experience. Call center/customer service experience a plus. Program knowledge (training provided). Ability to maintain customer relationships. Good interpersonal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish or Canadian French; a plus but not required. Basic computer navigation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities/communication channels simultaneously. Strong desire to help others. Ability to research and resolve issues that arise.
