Hours are one day a week approximately 9.5 hours - 8:30am - 6:30pm. Responsibilities As a Route Service Representative Level 2, you will perform the daily activities of making assigned specimen pick ups and deliveries and serving as a company ambassador through customer service excellence. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive an assigned company vehicle to pick-up, deliver, and properly store diagnostic specimens. While using a handheld electronic tracking device to maintain required records, ensure that all specimens are transported safely, on time, and free of quality errors. As an ambassador you will appear neat, clean, and professional at all times, adhering to departmental and company grooming and dress code policies. Work Experience: At least 1 year in a position where customer service was an important part of the job. Medical courier experience is helpful but not required. Special Requirements: You must have a valid driver's license with a driving record free of violations for the last 24 months. Candidates must be able to read and write English and be flexible based on staffing requirements; you will be assigned a weekday off and work every Saturday.
