Assess readiness for discharge in conjunction with other team members.Ensure compliance with governing agency and Nexus reporting requirements. Educate staff about family treatment integration theory and techniques and its application to residents. MasterA?s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or clinically related field required. LMFT, LCSW, LCPC or equivalent state designation for a licensed Social Worker preferred. Valid DriverA?s license.
