Provide structure and supervision of the daily operations of the program/unit to ensure successful coordination and implementation of each residentA?s daily treatment services.Participate as a multi:disciplinary team member in developing and implementing resident treatment plans and strategies.Assist the Clinical Supervisor in the selection, training, on:going professional development and performance evaluation of staff/team members.Manage and monitor the program milieu and collaborate with co:workers to ensure an emotionally and physically safe environment for residents and one that is also positive, respectful, clean and therapeutic.BachelorA?s degree required, preferably in a social work, psychology or clinically related field. Minimum of 3 years job related experience in adolescent counseling and/or residential treatment program experience required, and 1:year supervisory experience preferred.
