Fund Development Planning & EvaluationProgram Management Outreach & Community Relations Board RelationsStaff leadership abilities & Management

Practice:
Practice & Qualification Requirements: · Four-year college degree preferred and/or commensurate practice. · Commitment to and a passion for CAER's mission and vision · Management-level working practice with food shelf programming, fundraising and operations · Five or more years practice in managing people and allocating resources · Excellent planning and organizational expertise · capability to analyze data and trends, and draw conclusions · prosperous grant-writing and administration practice · capability to network and build relationships with a variety of people and organizations · knowledge of budgeting and basic financial management · Excellent written and verbal communications expertise, including capability to deliver public presentations · capability to work in a fast-paced environment; must be able to multi-task · Flexibility to attend meetings away from the office at various hours · capability to relate to persons of diverse ages, backgrounds, expertise and abilities · Non-judgmental · Computer expertise: Word, databases, Excel, e-mail, etc.
